160 thermostat issue

160 thermostat issue I have my stock ls1 water pump on my car...I have gone through 2 hypertech 160's and both are too wide to fit in the pump...anyone ever had this issue?..

just go to orielly's and get the one for a 6.0(I think thats what it was, I can check tomorow) truck it's like 19 bucks and comes with a new neck and everything. it's even the same motorad brand that hypertech rebrands as theirs.
