Default LS2 intake on an LS1

First off sorry.... search was down, I'm sure someone has asked this question before.

Anyways what is needed to put the ls2 intake on an ls1 fbody? I know that you have to have the throttlebody adapter, and extend the map sensor to the front? If I get an ls2 intake with fuel rails and injectors do I need anything else to make it work with my LS1. Is it even worth the time?

THanks head of time fellas

LS2 injectors have different harness clips, you'd have to get adapters or use stock rails/injectors with the Katech fuel rail kit. All this isn't worth your trouble, just go with an LS6 if you have a 98-00, you won't even see any more power.

yea the LS6 will make better power than the LS2 on your LS1 and is more of a direct replacement than the LS2, just get the LS6 intake
