Default 12" or 16" or 18" for true duals

Currently I have a true dual setup into some dynomax bullets. I am going to switch to some chambered mufflers, but I dont know if 16 or 18 inch mufflers will work with a dumped setup? And I don't have my car here, so I cant measure it, lol. So will a 16 and/or an 18 work?

Either ones will work, the longer ones should sound a bit deeper and less raspy. I have a 16" in my I-pipe right now and will probably just get another 16" when I switch to true duals.
