Default Tool for changing spark plugs?????

What kind of tool do you use to change your plugs on a ls1 f-body? I know theres something like a ratchet wrench with an adjustable arm that you can just twist the handle to ratchet. I dont know what its called or where to get one. Any suggestions??

sears harware, ACE, autozone, napa, oreillys, home depot, lowes

you need a ratchet, a 3" extension, a 10mm deep well socket, & a 15mm(5/8") spark plug socket, and anti-seize. Also, if you have a torque wrench that can reach all the plugs, more power to you. Mine was way too big

The thing your thinkin of is a swivel socket or swivel extension. Unless your thinkin of the flex head ratchets. You may not need those for the job though, I don't think i used any but it's been awhile since i last changed them.

All I use is a 5/8 ratchet, the deep well socket (can't remember size), a one inch exstention, and a 3 inch exstention. I use the one inch on some, the three inch on others. Also need the antisieze and some dialectric grease for the tips.

You can get to them all with a 5/8 spark plug socket. Just the passenger side take all the coils off and it will be a breeze. Put the coils back on one at a time starting from the back and bada bing.
