anyone make a 10" bullet or smaller?
Magnaflow makes some 6 inch ones, but the smallest pipe dia is 3.5 inch. You might be able to have a 3 inch pipe stepped up/down a half inch to make it fit:

yeah i was just looking at those! But the price on the magnaflow site! They have my muffler for 140$ They sell them all day long at local shops and on ebay for $60 LOL
You can get custom size Sweet Thunders. I bought a pair of 3" custom orders he had laying around the shop that someone ordered and then did not buy. I think the whole muffler is 13"-14" long. The chambers are 10"-11".
I want to switch now, so if I could get a low cost pair of Flowmaster Delta Force 2.5" 1 chambers (the short stuby model), I'd sell you these Sweet Thunders.
