Default Exhaust Question

My SLP Loud Mouth 2 is getting to be a bit much on the inside with the DRONE...How do Magnaflow's and Hooker's Cat back sound inside while driving? Car is 02 Z28 with a measly 24K on it. Thanks.

Personally if you are limiting yourself to those 2 choices I would tell you Magnaflow hands down. Are you catted?

Yeah, still has the cats....I just lost another 2002 Z28 2 weeks ago, 16K miles, auto, with FAST intake, Kooks LT, ORY pipe, 220/226 cam that had the SLP @ out the left exhaust on it. No drone but nasty at WOT. Some Idiot decided to park his pickup where my Camaro was on I64 in VA at 75 MPH...So this one has nothing done to it yet. Put a SLP Loud Mouth 2 on from a friend and the drone on the highway is a bit much. So how does the Magnaflow sound inside? Sounds great outside from what I've been told.

Can you not salvage a thing from that other Z? Sucks to hear that people don't know how to drive. I woudl think that you should be able to get some of that stuff off the motor. Cam/Valvetrain/FAST ect.

Magnaflow sounds very refined, good gurgle at idle and tame at part revs or low revs, but sounds badass awesome at WOT. One of the best combinations.

For interior sound quality and still have a great sound on the outside. Corsa hands down. On a budget, I have heard Magnaflow and they do really well too.
