Removing stock catback

Removing stock catback i havent had a chance to crawl under and look at it yet, but my magnaflow is going on tomorrow evening, does the catback unbolt or am i gonna need a saw zaw for it, i put a catback on my lt1 and i had to use the saw for it, are ls1s any different?
if you have a sawzall handy i would put it to use and chop it at the bend right in front of the axle.that will save you alot of time and trouble because trying to get it out in one piece is a bitch !
im trying to take mine off. i already have the rear section off the car, but the clamp on the i-pipe is like rusted together. i am wondering if i should just make another cut, or keep trying to get that clamp off.
