Default Cutout Info

Hey guys i have a couple questions. I have a 3" manual cutout, and it came with one normal gasket, and like these 2 thick metal things which i believe are gaskets. Im curious, do u put the metal gasket on first, the the normal gasket and then the cap or what? Also where can u buy more gaskets cause mine is starting to wear out..Thanks Alot

I think ur talking about the flanges....those are for incase u want to set up ur cut out like where it can be bolted on instead of welding it on for example to a header collector. There should be a thin gasket and then the actual block off plate to cap ur cut out.
