okay, I know this a really dumb question, but???

does an LS2 sound different than a LS1 with the same exhaust??
say kooks, mini race cats, X pipe, out the back with magnaflow bullets ???
my friend has a LS2 GTO with that setup and the sound is PERFECT to me... deep and mellow....
I love it...

If ur also running an X-pipe, the sound shouldn't be too far off. Your sound may be slightly less deep but the correct muffler selection should take care of that.

he has the magnaflow bullets. what muffler selection will make the ls1 as deep?

i have heard that the flowmaster 1 chambers sound very deep and throaty.. esp with an h-pipe. That combo will prob sound the best. Ill be gettin the 1 chambers if I dont like my dynomax bullets.

I'm putting ORX with dynomax bullets and if i dont like it i am changing to one chambers too.
