Weird TBB question

Weird TBB question Okay fellas, I did the LS6 intake manifold swap a few months ago and I still haven't been able to find a complete fix for something.
My problem is, the supplied front crossover tubes contain a hose (from thunderracing) this hose is smaller than the hose that leads to the radiator.
I have a make-shift coupler in there that that works pretty well, but once the car is heated up fully, you can smell coolant and it drips very little.
My point is - that I'm trying to bypass the TB but the hoses are different and I'm having at tough time locating a hose connector that will link the two hoses together.
No part stores in town carry such a coupler and I cannot find anything on this subject on LS1Tech.
A part number or location where I could find this part would be great!
