Default QTP Headers, Flanges or Clamps?

Well one of my pacesetters air pump provisions blew off right at the weld,
Instead of taking it off then welding a patch over it i said hell with it and bought new QTPs
What you guys think though, should i weld some 3bolt flanges on the collectors or leave it slip fit? I really think i should make it flanged because i hate how hard the slip fit is to get on and off.
Plus im going to be getting a custom y pipe made something that actually tucks and doesnt bang

I always use a flange. Makes future removal muck easier.

I've stuck with the slip-on collectors, BUT, did not use the supplied clamps. They seem to tend to crush the pipes together, and develope into leaks at the wrinkles. I have bought Walker SS lap-joint band clamps with GREAT sucess, with not leaks, and uncrushed pipes. I got mine from Summit for like $10 each. I'd humbly recommend these. Let us know how those babies fit when you get 'em in!!! Congrat's

I agree with the flanged. They are much easier to remove in my opinion...
