Default Open Headers!!

A friend and I just finished installing my Pacesetter LT's last nite. The install went pretty smooth but we finished in the middle of the nite and i had to drive home with open headers. We pushed it out of the garage so we wouldnt wake his parents. I've never heard open headers until i started my car.......And that **** was EXTREMELY LOUD!!
I had to drive about 30 minutes on the freeway with them. The inside of the car sounded like it was going to fall apart.

I just wanted to tell you guys my experience.
BTW.....I have to drive another 20 minutes to the exhaust shop to get my duals put on later today. I hope i dont see any cops!

Im temped to drive around with open headers for a bit but another part of me just wants to get this crap done. Took about 3hrs with a few smoke breaks and back stretching to get the old crap off.

It took about 6 hours. We were going slow because it was very cold. We had the garge door open and it was like 30 degrees. I couldnt feel my fingers anymore but we had to get it done.

PS.....all the cars parked outside had ice all over them. It was to cold to be installing headers

I don't want to drive open headers. I'm to paranoid because i dont want to deal with the cops around here.

cool man. when they're doing the install make sure to watch them like a hawk. do not let them get sloppy because if they do, there goes your ground clearance. good luck to yah.

When I bought the car It had heads and the guy that had it swapped cams back to stock. So I put another cam in and am fixing to put some headers on it.
