No. I've only maybe had 2 requests for orange and it doesn't justify the anodizing costs. Anodizing pricing is by color batch not quantity of parts.

No. The silver ones are for the people who want that look. I think chrome plating might build up too much material between the base and the pivot and cause problems.

Same retail pricing. We remain competitive with the tensioners and are the only ones that offer the complete assembly with pulley and zinc-dichromate plated bolts.
