What is the best intake for a car with stock heads and cam and boltons?

search bud, it has been discussed so many dang times

imo though, ls6 is best until you need to upgrade to something like a fast, but ls6 is what you need

uh its in the sticky at the top of this forum. i think bbk is better than weiand and weiand is marginally better than the ls6. And there is no heat soak issue. After reading the Mod Guide sticky and searching the "metal intake thread" you should be able to make your decision

I will run a weiand for what its worth, just wish i had a polished one. Out of what you listed a ls6 would work but if going to juice or f/i then i would go metal. I just like that metal can be port matched and have burst panels!!!!

I opted for the Wieand Lingenfelter metal intake. There are some that complain about leaking issues, but I tracked down some info on all that crap. It was in the early versions of the intake when they first released. The problem has been fixed since then.

I wanted something different & stronger than composite since I'm gonna run juice.
