To be honest i cant tell the difference in power between my cut out open or closed and flowing thru the flowmaster.....I guess my butt-o-meter is broken.

toilets flow pretty good, man. they suck down over a gallon of water in what, 5 seconds? let's see a muffler drain water that fast.
just get a cutout. flowmasters sound good. put an electric cutout on and when you need the power, bam, flip the switch. no use buying a whole new catback.

or if you're like me, but a $45 manual cutout and just keep it open 24/7

Get a Magnaflow catback, you don't want to have to f*ck with a cutout every time to want to get on it. Not to mention the sound.
