How long before car "learns" headers?

I put all the new junk on and the CEL was on for a bit. No probs whatsoever. Was driving around stopped at my parents came back out and left. The check engine went out but I was getting a weird miss when turning or losing traction when at WOT. When I had traction it pulled fine with no miss. ASR was off. Just wondering if this is something that might go away. Oh and I added MSD wires with TR55's gapped at .055.

Did you use a catted Y and real o2s or sims?

Yeah traction control was off. And Im runnin 4 real O2 sensors with a catted Y.
