Default SLP lid Question

Would it be okay for me to use an 98-00 lid on my 01 WS6 cant I just plug the hole with something what would you guys suggest? Thanks

put a small breather cap filter on the end of the hose and it will work fine

Sorry But im Noob what is the hose for I have seen pics of 01 with out a hose leading from the air lid.

it goes to the air pump ( and air is an emissions device) heats up the cats upon startup.

The AIR pump.

Can get a bit confusing with all this air AIR crap.



Yes the lid will work. People run a small breather on the hose, which can be found in the ricer section of any autoparts store.
