Throttle body problems

Throttle body problems I recently ported and polished my throttle body. I did the basics, and put two lengths of 5/16 tubing in the passage, then epoxied and finished polishing it. The problem is that when I start my car when its cold... the idle fluctuates quite a bit. It still runs, but not all that good. Im thinking it has to do with the idle air control valve...not sure though.. Just looking for suggestions.. any help is appreciated.
Make sure the IAC motor has the O-ring still on it.
The problem definatly lies with the IAC though. Why did you do the tubing/expoxy? It gives no power increase, screws with the IAC, and can possibly fall out into the motor.

when i ported my tb, i could not for the life of me get that o-ring back on. so...i didn't. that explains why my idle surges a lil bit. not alot, but just enough that i can notice. 
it's okay, i'm going with a fast this summer so i can deal w/ it until then. lol man, i suck!
