Pacesetter install problems...any advice?
Pacesetter install problems...any advice? Installing Pacesetters on a 00 Z28 and the front O2 sensor on the driver side wont thread in because the shifter cable is in the way. If you take the cable off of the lever on the trans, the sensor will thread in, but then you cant get the shift cable back on. Even if I do get them both on, they will be touching and it looks as if it wont let it go into gear because of it hitting the O2 sensor. It looks as if the bung was welded to high on the header collector...looks like it needs to be aimed down a little more.
