Question Aftermarket Valve Covers & PCV setup question

Those of you with aftermarket valve covers and speed density...

How do you have your PCV system setup?

I currently have this on raised stock valve covers:
Metco on oil fill hole
Catch can from passenger side valve cover to TB
Breather on driver's side valve cover where PCV valve used to be

I am thinking of switching to this setup with aftermarket valve covers:
Breather on Oil fill hole
Get LS6 valley cover
Catch can between valley cover and TB

What do you think would be the optimal setup? The car is not a daily driver, and is tuned in speed density.

Thanks,
Wes
