No offense, but I'm guessing you haven't seen too many headers in person

There are fine and then there are ok. The best is QTP. A real high velocity merge collector that makes the most power.

Sorry man, but I guess what I'm trying to say is that there is definitly better.
Sure Pacesetter's are a good bang for the buck and a lot of people use them...but there sure is better and you have to pay if you want the BEST
Also, the brands you mentioned...those are definitly none of the best available, yes very comparable to Pacesetter, but not the best

Well if you gain 20-25hp with headers and you gain 10 more hp with QTP, you dont think that 50% gain of other brands isnt good?

Haha you say that but i just got brand new QTPs with hvmc and i kinda wish i went with kooks in a way because of their ypipe, i cant find a shop around here to make me a custom ypipe for nothing., Stainless Works quoted me 600dollars i might have to break down and do it though because i know stainless works quality is top notch and they would fit it the best anyone could.
Then i will be happy with my QTPs, i just wish they made ypipe like kooks.

Kooks and Kooks Y-pipe is where it's at. Great ground clearence. Excellent set-up. You really can't go wrong with the QTP if you do TD. I've *heard/read* that QTPs Y-pipe is not that great. Here is the general rule of thumb I've seen as far as stainless steel headers go.

If you have a catback = Kooks/Kooks Y
If you have True Duals = QTP

I had coated Pacesetters on for about 6 months before some shithole stole it. Car was daily driven. Saw alot of rain. Never had any sealing issues. Didn't rust either. Only had em for 6 months though, so FWIW anyway.

It's always QTP and Kooks that get all the attention for SS long tubes. No one ever remembers ARH. It's a shame. ARH Long Tubes are a thing of beauty.

I just bought QTP race style long tube headers, and the QTP y-pipe with a magnaflow cat-back. I love the sound of the magnaflow. I hear that the ground clearance sucks donkey dick, but we'll see i'll have pics when the install is complete

I dont know why people talk badly about the qtp y pipe. Its not bad. Just dont expect to install it on jack stands. it needs to be installed on a lift. It will out flow any other y pipe because of the flowmaster merge collector and they dont crush any of the pipe either.

Heres an idea i came up with..... QTP LT's, then get two Highflow cats (3" in/3"out), and a flowmaster merge and then get a shop to custom bend the rest of the pipe(in stainless)....Its what im doing unless I can hear some sounds clips of the ARH which are fast becoming popular.
