My biggest worry with those bolts has always been "what happens of the set screw strips or siezes in place??". I've never had a problem with bolts coming loose. Tighten everything down normally, start the car and get it hot, tighten the bolts down again while hot, recheck when it cools off, tighten if needed. Never had one come undone after being on the car for 9 years now.
