how big of a hole is it?

1/4" or so. I can tell it's been enlarged because they did a sloppy job. The hole isn't even round and they left burs on it.

damn that sucks about your hanging idle problems. i read on here that 1/4" is the biggest you should go, but i sized a 1/4" drill bit up to the current hole and it looks huge. there is no way im going to go that big. does anyone know if enlarging the original hole is better than adding a small second hole?
