You won't need a torque wrench, just put some anti-seize on the threads and snug them up with a 1/4 in drive ratchet.

You're gonna want to not use locktite on the header bolts, just torque them from the inside out (at least what I was told back when I did them). I didn't use anti-sieze, but I guess you could. You may/may not have to retighten after a few heat cycles, I never did and no leaks knock on wood. Gaskets supplied are crap, and new GM ones aren't expensive if you decide to get new. -J
The duals are on back order so you might not want to place any bets on when youre getting your exhaust on. Ive been waiting for over a month for them.
