PS headers & TSP tru duels
You can re-use the stock metal ones. I have done this with three different installs as well as tons of other members with no issues. If you just want to get some new ones then get the gm ones, do NOT use the ones that the headers come with!
You won't need a torque wrench, just put some anti-seize on the threads and snug them up with a 1/4 in drive ratchet.

You're gonna want to not use locktite on the header bolts, just torque them from the inside out (at least what I was told back when I did them). I didn't use anti-sieze, but I guess you could. You may/may not have to retighten after a few heat cycles, I never did and no leaks knock on wood. Gaskets supplied are crap, and new GM ones aren't expensive if you decide to get new. -J
I would suggest a plug and wire change while doing the swap.
The duals are on back order so you might not want to place any bets on when youre getting your exhaust on. Ive been waiting for over a month for them.
