Okay, well to actually help this guy out....I would try a epoxy made for plastics first, then if that does not work, drill it out and tap it.

i will drill and tap and call it a day its only goin to the brake booster not that big of a deal im givin the intake away anyway im not in need of money. thanks for the help though

There's no need to be children here people.

Brad - You tried to rail him into selling the thing to you for cheap, when you KNOW it's worth a ton more, that's an easy fix. "Structural damage" my ***. Selling a piston with a ******* HOLE in it would decrease the value to nearly nothing, but this thing is cake.

Gr33n - Your comment was completely uncalled for. Him saying he'll hold onto it is a response to people trying to lowball him into selling it, not a thing wrong with his response.
