OBX HEADERS FOR LS1 from ebay

Hi, Does anyone have a set of OBX Headers installed in there 98-02 ls1 fbody? These headers are from ebay and wanted to know if anybody who has them on how it sounds and if there is any clearance issues.

There is a huge post about these header on the truck forum. They seem to have clearance issues, they are rubbing on the pasenger side frame rail.
