Default Wow...

well first of all.. i never new bout the problem ls1s had getting a hole in the lil PCV hose.. and last nite at the track my friends were making a quick fix on one of my buddies car.. so today i thought id check it out... didnt think anything was wrong cuz no SES lite or anything.. but dam..that things was all ripped apart.. what happen was the last person who had the car put electrical tape around it to hold it together.. so today i took all the old stuff off, including the old PCV, and put in a new pcv valve, and new tubbing. there is a very noticable difference! feels alot less slugish throughout the power band... car takes alil more to start now.. i dunno why... ima have my local shop check it out.. but for those of you dont kno bout this..like i did..CHECK IT OUT! it could just have alil tiny whole.. that is sucking in air.. and makin ur car not run rite...

I replaced my pcv system with a breather. The hose coming from the driver side was rotted through. The best thing is, no more oil in the intake.

Thats what I say. It doesn't have to be the nicest or the most expensive setup. If it does the job, you have done a good job.

Any hoses coming out of your valve cover or your intake will be PCV related.

How often should we change out PCV valve and at how many miles. I have 34k on my car and have not touched it yet. Everything still looks and seems fine I just want to know when you should change it..

Cool... Dont mean to but after you put headers on these cars, do you need to put in a catch can or modify the pcv system in any way
