Coolant Crossover Bolt Broken
Coolant Crossover Bolt Broken I broke the front right coolant crossover bolt. Part of the bolt is still in the block. Is my best way of getting it out going to be to drill out the hole?

if it broke tightening it should be loose now with the line off[pressures gone] try to turn it using a pick.if it broke while removing,ouch thats a little bastard try welding a sm,all nut to whats left if you have a mig welder.if not get some tiny *** drill bits good luck
If any part is poking out, try to remove it with some vice grips. If it's under the hole, try to back it out with a pick like 5_02ls1 said. If that doesn't work, drill a tiny hole in the center of it and use an ease out. After it's out, it'd be a good idea to run a tap in the hole to clean the threads, then blow it out with some compressed air.
It's in the HEAD, not the block. If worst comes to worse, you can remove the head and take it to a machine shop.

I was able to remove it with vise grips once i took off the coolant crossover and then used an old bolt I had taken off somewhere else to tighten it back down.
