Damn header gaskets!
Damn header gaskets! So i managed to blow a header gasket 3 years ago, replaced it with a GM metal one and it's been great to this day. Yesterday, the other old gasket blew so I went to look and found a bolt halfway out! I tightened it up and checked the rest but there was still a nasty BAD leak when I started the car, so I gotta replace it with the other GM gasket I still have from 3 years ago. I'm guessing the bolt got jarred loose in the wreck I was in. Moral of the story, don't use the shitty paper gaskets that come with some headers (FLP) and check your bolts after someone runs into you!
