Mine don't leak. Where are they leaking ? Maybe you need to retighten the bolts.

If you used the gaskets that came with 'em that would definetely explain it. Use GM gaskets

mine are leaking too, its got a nice ticking sound coming from the drivers side bank, and it didn't start making until a couple heat cycles after the install. used gm gaskets and the bolts are all still tight.....

Are they emissions headers? Sometimes they blow holes where the pipes for AIR and EGR are welded on.

no this is on the driver side i used new gm manifold gaskets and bolts are all tight. they were tightened from the center out. i i think it is just a chep flange that they use. because cause both of my shop cars have long tubes and dont have this problem. the t/a has hooker no issues and the camaro has qtp's and no issues.

check the y pipe if it wasnt welded.most headers will make a ticking sound that sounds like a leak.check the o2s as well

yes they are pacesetters
from texas speed with the texas speed y pipe the flanges are thick i just think the welds on them are pretty crappy. i dont buy budget headers
i have a lot of customers that do. im leaning more towards the y pipe though

i thought budget headers were flowtech, hedman ect.pacesetter is kinda in between.i agree the welds could look a little better but for the money and the fit, they are hard to beat

what clamps are you using for the headers to the y? do not use the stock u clamps that are supplied...get you 2 3inch band clamps from Napa. I had these same prob and it was leaking from the header to the y. Installed the new clamps and voila...problem solved. be sure you aren't confusing a leak for valvetrain noise because the header walls are thin and you can definetly hear the "sowing machine" valvetrain...

IMO, most likely something besides headers.. if the headers are leaking you should be able to see black deposits on the area where the leak is at. maybe where the collectors go to the y pipe?
