Just installed my Kooks LT with 3" magnaflow catback... it's quieter now then it was before when i had stock headers and 2.5" magnaflow catback.... is that normal?

I suspect the custom Y-pipe might be restricting the exhaust....

thats weird should be louder very louder.mine sounded the same at idle,but at wot or anywere in between its very loud

At idle it will be just as loud if not a bit louder. At WOT is where it will be the most loud. I would be content with that. That's perfect.
