Default running problem, O2 sensor, plugs/wires

my car sat for about a year then i started driving it again. ever since this i've been having problems with my car running. it will idle fine and be fine in reverse but once i put it in drive the idle goes down. when i give it gas it stutters but goes. this happens when im driving and sometimes it will make a backfire sound then die. i replaced my fuel filter and cleaned up my MAF wires but im still having the problem. i am throwing some O2 sensor codes so could that be causing the problem. i was thinking it could also be my plugs and wires. they are both about 2 years old. someone also mentioned me fuel pump

I vote O2 sensors.

A quick way to clean them up is to buy a $11 propane torch from Lowes. Take out the O2 sensors and put them in a vice. Hit all 4 sides and the top for 1 minute each. Let cool and replace. I've saved several O2's this way and for $11 it's worth a shot vs. well over $100 for 2 new ones.
