I plugged the rears of both valve covers and I plugged where the PCV tube connected to the intake just behind the TB. All I'm left with is the tube that goes from the pass. side valve cover to the catch-can with the breather and of course, the catch-can/breather itself.

If it's not, you'll start pushing oil out of the crank seal due to excessive pressure. You could put another barb fitting on that catchcan and run an extra 3/8" hose to it if you wanted though. How big is that hole that the little filter goes on? If it's only 3/8", then an extra line running to the catchcan won't really help.
