Default LS6 Intake Swap ??

I am swapping over an LS6 intake onto my LS1. The only thing is the MAP sensor on the back of the intake has a hole in it which seems like it is supposed to be there. My LS1 intake doesn't have this. Should I plug this hole or just leave it open. It is a small round hole on the top of the sensor right before the two vacuum lines hook up. What should I do?

We need a pic, i am confused as to what exactly you are talking about. Is the hole in the actual sensor itself?

I think I found out what it is for. I need to pull off the MAP Sensor I think and then put it in the hole on the LS6 Intake. I am talking about the connector in the back where the small and large vacuum line are at. I think there is a sensor the fits down inside this hole. Look at the picture below courtesy of LS1howto.com and look at the back of the intake. The sensor in the back that points out to the right is the MAP sensor right? This has to be removed from the LS1 Intake and put into the LS6 right?
