Throtle Body Questions
Throtle Body Questions I currently have a bone stock engine and was wondering what horsepower gains i could get out of adding a throtle body to my car after a lid and a cutout.

Check sig for porting TB's no point in buying a bigger after market one as you'll see no gain over a ported stock one, it'll just cost you a lot more money.

Personally, I wouldn't bother bother going with an aftermarket TB with a stock/mildly modded engine. There's a bunch of throttle body porting tutorials around here, read up on those and do it yourself...saving money is a good thing
try smokin87ta. he does some great work and his pricing is really reasonable. he'll even ship one to you to swap out and then you can mail yours back when you change yours out to get a deposit back. I just got mine in the mail yesterday and swapped it out, couldn't be more pleased with it thus far. Its looks and feels great. Definately response on the pedal off the line!
