LT header newb question.

LT header newb question. i have a chance to pick up some new-never used hooker comp headers. for $130. its been repainted.. i havent seen it yet, only through pictures.
my car is in my Sig. and the guy selling it doesnt know if its for an LS1 or an LT1. im guessing the only indication is the the Cylinder Head Port which is D-Shaped. so is this for an LS1 or an LT1? also, does it look like i can use cats with it? i need to be smog legal.
