Default biggest TB a LS6 intake can take?
will an 80MM or 90MM fit on a LS6 intake? Will it make much of a difference over a ported stock throttle body?

78mm is the size of the opening. you will gain nothing over an 80mm which is the only other one that will fit, since you are limited by the smallest opening. keep a stock one.

TPIS can modify your ls6 intake to accept 90mm throttlebodies.
