Making Headers

Does anyone know about a plastic tube kit that I can make up the way I want and send out to get the headers fabricated?

That's actually a pretty good idea, but I think there would be too many variables to give the ability to use one kit (unless it was absolutely huge)

I've thought about it... gone so far as to think about using flexiable conduit and then filing it with expandable foam with a metal rod down the center of it so that when you bend it that it would keep it's shape. I had issues finding stuff that was the correct O.D. and also that was cheap though. It would be a cool way to get a equal lenght or a pretty close to equal lenght header though for you could make each one the same legth and then bend them until you have them all collecting in one spot.

Ended up buying a set of headers for cheap for my swap project and I'm going to buy some bending mistakes and get the headers fabbed up that way instead though. I'll just use the idea I got from a mag. article and use welding rod or something like that to get route the tubes and then cut up some bends to get the tubes routed to where they need to go.
