Fans Not Working Help!!!!

Fans Not Working Help!!!! If im not mistake when you turn the A/C on one of your fans are suspose to come on correct??? Mine are not comeing on at all. Well i have checked the fuses, they seem fine what about the relays??? anybody know how to check them??? I have swap them out with good ones from my truck and still not work 
. Also i did a cam install a couple of days ago and i was driving it the other night and stop and parked, soon after i noticed that i had coolant blowing out my over flow. Is there any relation with the 2 problems???? I dont know if i had enough Antifreeze mixed with the coolant might possibly had to much water, would that cause it to blow???

Yes the fans should be on when the a/c is switched on. Actually I think only one comes on and the second with only come on when a certain temp is reached. I would try and test the fans themselves, when was the last time you remember them coming on? Try hooking the fans directly to the battery and see if they even work. You should be able to just use some spare wire and connect it to the plugs on the harness for the fans and then connect the other end to the battery. Not sure on your coolant situation but I would guess you got to hot. Also I would not run the a/c at all if your fans are not on it will and can f up your a/c system it is depentent on air moving across the condesor.
