Default Need Plug/Wire advice!!!

I'm about to change my plugs and wires, but want to get some input on 3 seperate questions.

1. What plug should I use?

2. What wires should I use?

3. How should I gap the plugs?

So that you have all the appropriate information, here's my application. I am basically a full bolt on car, with a '01 LS6 cam. This car will NEVER see the spray or FI. So I want to maximize my selection for N/A application.

...oh, in case it comes up, I want to change the wires too, because I suspect one or more of my wires were handled too roughly during our header install... ever since then, the car hasn't been QUITE the same... feels like a random miss.

NGK TR55's seem to be the buzz around here. Some use Bosch plugs also. I decided that I wanted to stay stock brand, but didnt feel like using the double platinums, so I just installed some AC Delco Rapidfire #12. They seem to run great. Then again, any plug I would have put in would have changed the feel of my 35,000 stock plugs which had lost all the electrode nubs.

Opps, As far as wires go, most people like the stock wires. I hear there are arcing issues with some after wires after a few plug changes. I decide to change mine out anyway and went with MSD 8.5mm superconductors. I have heard good things about the magnecor, taylor, and jacobs also.

Hummmm... interesting issue. I have heard good things about the SuperConductors, but haven't heard of this arcing issue... Any opinions on Gap?
