PS Cooler?

PS Cooler? My 99 TA had the factory unit. Probably not too efficent since the coolant was always around 210.
So my 01 Z28 doesn't have on. I was thinking of installing a cooler such as a aftermarket one that would be used for Auto Trannies.
Has anyone done this and do you have pics?

Re: PS Cooler? I installed a small cooler from Summit Racing. They have several in their catalog. It is mounted to the front of the air conditioning condenser coil at the bottom. You need to cut the low pressure return line to the pump, and splice in the line to the cooler. That's the rubber hose with hose clamps, not the one with factory seals. It becomes a problem when changing fluid because the fluid will not drain out of the cooler without either opening the line or extracting with a vacuum pump. Soon as the weather is better, I will install a petcock at the lowest point to facilitate fluid changes.
