These #'s are also fine tuned with a MAFT.
He gained 15hp by leaning out the A/F before headers.
A lot of people don't go for optimal tune on a stock engine,then put headers on,find out there rich and lean it out with a MAFT.After that is done they claim they gained 25-30hp.
So I think the #'s are very good.

Since you're running an ORP I assume you have no functioning rear O2's, but do you have a feel for whether O2 extensions would be required if one were to run the rear O2's with these headers/Y-pipe?

Many of the Mustang guys are going with different manufact. due to this. I wouldn't buy anything with cats from them, but the rest of there stuff is top quality. I put in O2 sims and they did not require extensions however, on the passenger side front, I did have to pull the connector from its spot on the frame so it could reach the passenger header. The connector was not overly extended nor did it end up dangling beside the header. I've had no troubles with connectors coming close to the header or burning. No troubles with the SES light so far.
