Default surging problems w/ RPM's

ok i have dynatech headers, 3200 vig converter and ever sence ive put on the headers when at an idel the car surges in the rpms almost like its caming or something. sometimes if i give it a little gas and let off the car rpm will drop so low it kills the car. freinds of mine say it might be the TPS sensor. What do you guys think is the problem. any ideas would be helpful.

Default Re: surging problems w/ RPM's

Did you do any A/F adjustments for the headers?
It could be way off.

On my FLP's,I had to richen up the base 15% and WOT 2%.All done with a MAFT.

A quik way to tell if it's lean.Turn your Mass air meter backwards. It will richen it up a little.
