Default High Flow Cats?

I need some High Flow Cats. Which ones are the best? I am thinking about going with the Random Technology ones. Need some help. Thanks.

IMHO it's not worth the hassle to put highflow cats on a stock manifold car...I did it 2 years ago and it takes a bunch of fab work for little gains...leave the highflows for longtube headers. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

How do cats such as the CarSound hook into the stock manifolds/y-pipe?

I believe the stock cats have a two-bolt flange on either end. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />
