Default resistance for !CAGS

what is the resistor that I need, and why did my
b+m skip shift elim melt???

2200 ohms or 2.2K (same thing) 1/2 watt. You get 5 of them for 79 cents at Radio Shack.

Just did mine today! Works fine. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> Kinda weird, light coming on and still able to shift. I hated the skip-shift.
