Yes, the Blackwing was an SLP item, air filter actally if I'm not mistaken. They do indeed still sell them, I recently ordered the induction kit, and the Blackwing was included. It's a nice filter, gives the K&N a run anyway. As for available from the dealer....not likely. You could possibly have something worked out w/ them when buying the car I'm sure, but I don't believe it came as an option. And the Blackwing is around 60 or so bucks minus shipping and handling I believe.

He mentioned "lid" in his first sentence. Which means he was referring to the Donaldson Blackwing lid which was offered with the 345hp package on the mid-late 2002 Firehawk's & SS's only.
The current 'Blackwing' filter offered by SLP is NOT the same original filter element built by Donaldson. The original was a paper element, the new one appears to be a remake/copy/relabeled K&N element.
No, you can not still buy the Donaldson Blackwing lid from SLP. Only available as someone who is selling their used units on the for sale forums or eBay.
The Donaldson Blackwing is known for it's excellent construction & will flow as good as any aftermarket lid. But at twice the cost or more. I think they originally sold as a package for about $279 or more. (Lid, filter element, AIR tubing, support bracket, retaining clips for the bracket, oval-shape boot adaptor & clamp.)
