Default O2 sensor problems

This morning when i started the car I got codes p0135 and p0155. I searched what they meant and it is a "Heated Oxygen Sensor Circuit" The crappy thing is that i recieved this code before for B1S1 and i replaced the O2 sensor thinkin it was bad after i did my header install, but now i got the code again but this time for both sides. Any clues as to what sets this code off? Also would it effect driveability, or cause rich/lean conditions?

A few questions:

Do you have a cutout? If so, where is it?

Do you have any gasket leaks?

How about your air connections?

You either have bad wiring, bad O2s, or (I think) outside air getting to your O2s. Your car can richen the mixture like hell if outside air is getting to the O2s.

I think what you need to do is drive around with an autotap and see what you get. If you get funny readings from your O2s at certain speeds, etc., then it might be an air leak.

Dumb question, but are your O2s mount correctly in the bungs?
