What is the maximum rwhp for a bolt on A4...
Could the guys with high numbers please post them here so I could compare?
Just ran my 02' Firehawk with 2500 miles:
330RWHP corrected
349RWTQ corrected
A/F RATIO @ WOT was 12.4:1 ~ 12.5:1
Thanks
Chris

Your gear ratio is one of them...You'll probably lose about 7rwhp with 3.23's vs. 2.73's.
You could conceivable get about 360-370rwhp if you really wanted to get there bad.
You would need the following:
Lid, MAF sensor/MAF ends, ported TB, carbon fiber driveshaft, headers, o/r pipe, no muffler (bullets OK), pullies, electric water pump, MAFT, ATAP, light wheels in the rear, maybe lighter rotors and skinnier tires...I think thats just about it!!!
Before I added my 12 bolt, I had 357rwhp w/ 4.10 gears. Stock gearing would have put me at 367rwhp.
With stock gearing, an electric water pump, ported TB, aluminum flywheel, and carbon fiber driveshaft (i had a steel one) added to my setup, I could have maybe squeezed out about 385rwhp with an M6....tops...for you factor another 5% drive train loss, so about 370rwhp is the limit.

You can also go with a Z06 Inatake, some people don't say much about HPPIII's but that could help , a converter and a shift kit might help you get faster also(might not help you dyno out much though)
That's about all I can think of at the moment
