How do you do the throttle stop mod to achieve WOT and is it worth it? Also I seen that casper elec. is selling some thing that plugs into you TB that speeds up throttle response it is called somethin like a "TPS, TPC or throttle enhancer" it cost like $80.00. Is it worth the $$??

I had the throttle body off my 5.3 for some light porting. The throttle did not open all the way. I bent the steel stop tab and ground down the aluminum stop bump. I also had to grind the aluminum area where the steel tab rest when the throttle closes. After I bent it it wouldn't allow the throttle to close fully. It is easy to see when it is in your hand. I ground down the throttle shaft alittle also. I would say that the throttle blades open another 15 degrees or so. Can't say what the power increase is if any. I bypassed the throttle heater too.
