Default CORSA Exhaust install completed

I just completed my Corsa exhaust install. I took all of your advice and Dremel cut the old one. The only problem I ran into is time consumption. Im real **** about getting it to fit just right, and the distance from the over the axle pipe/sway bar is CLOSE..... I went to an exhaust shop and they were impressed. I have an appointment for them to check the clearance.

Needless to say, Im very impressed. The system is very quite, yet has a nice growl at WOT without any drone that I can hear. I have never had my car Dynoed but It does feel a little quicker.

Way to go Corsa,

P.S. I read that some people recommend tack welding for strength, yet the muffler shop said not to tack weld stainless, and as long as its adjusted right, the clamp are good enough.....IDEAS??????

Congrats.I never had a problem with my Corsa moving.I figure why weld if you don't need to
Give the exhaust a few heat cycles and retighten the clamps and you'll never have a problem.

Hey, thanks for the update. My Corsa is sitting in ther garage because its been too damn cold in WNY to do the change. I'm hoping easter Sunday will be warm enough to do it !
